医院包括前台、外科门诊、内科门诊、中兽医门诊、手术室、住院部、实验室诊断中心、影像诊断中心、药房和注射室和宠物用品超市等。目前，共有103名兽医和技术人员为动物提供服务，主要服务对象是犬、猫，同时还可以为马、奶牛、兔子、豚鼠、鸟、乌龟、猴子和蛇等动物提供服务。
