1842年“黄金香”创办人黄知江，从漳州来厦门经营秘制肉松肉脯。黄知江传人黄景于1915年创“黄金香胜记”店号，位于厦门宫仔内(现大同路)。

1938年厦门沦陷，搬迁至“鼓浪屿”。

1956年公私合营，“黄金香胜记” 并入“厦门市食品厂”延续经营。

1978年黄景的孙子黄满鸿(现黄胜记法人)在鼓浪屿龙头95号注册“黄金香胜记肉松店”。

2000年注册“黄胜记”商标;

2014年“黄金香”变更为“黄胜记”。
