四川泸州三溪酒类（集团）有限责任公司是一家多以白酒生产和包装销售为主业的私营企业。三溪酒业经过十多年的发展，已成为一个具有现代化生产设备、管理科学，实力雄厚的集团企业。

集团酒业板块有四川泸州三溪酒厂、四川泸州三溪酒类销售有限责任公司和多个酒类包装生产销售企业，生产销售十多个品牌的优质白酒。

2010年，三溪集团与郎酒集团成为战略合作伙伴，开始合作生产和销售带有郎字号的四个品牌的浓香型白酒，实现优势互补。

泸州郎酒浓香酿酒有限公司酿酒基地，位于龙马潭区石洞镇以东约0.5公里，距离泸州市约12公里。该项目自2011年启动建设，拟用5年时间，建成年产5万吨白酒生产能力、20万吨储存能力的大型一类白酒制造基地以及酒文化传播、观光中心。

项目计划投资40亿元以上，设计建成酿酒窖池15600口，年产原酒5万吨、制曲10万吨、储酒20万吨，建成25万吨包装生产线。项目规划用地3117亩，计划分三期建设。一、二期规划用地1452亩，主要用于灌区、窖池、曲药厂、生活区建设。三期规划用地1665亩，主要用于罐区、包装、仓储设施建设。

2016年项目建成后，预计将实现销售收入160亿元以上，实现利税40亿元以上，解决劳动力1万余人。另外，该项目建起来以后，还将以订单农业模式种植专用有机糯红粮，从而带动农民增收。

在规划上，该项目的空间结构体现为“一带、三节点、五组团”。“一带”，就是贯穿整个基地、起始于基地西北部、止于基地东南部的水体景观带。“三节点”，就是指罐区货运出入口、湖面中心、会所区节点。“五组团”，就是分别构成基地使用功能的5个组团，即会所展示组团、生产酿造组团、生产辅助组团、储罐组团和配套设施组团。
