公司所在地——赤峰市宁城县八里罕镇，历史悠久。红山文化及辽中京遗址给这片古老的土地平添了几分神秘的色彩。据史料记载，八里罕一带有着千年的酿酒历史，早在辽代时期就有多处大型酿酒作坊，当时的隆盛泉、天巨泉、景泰泉酒作坊就是其中的典型代表。随着历史的推进，时代的更替，到了元、明、清时，这里的酿酒业更趋兴旺，而历经千年的隆盛泉酒坊就是宁城老窖的前身。

Ningcheng old cellar, with its unique resource advantage, comes from Longtan water with an altitude of 1816 meters and the unique high-quality red sorghum in the eastern part of Inner Mongolia. It is brewed by traditional techniques, hoarded by ancient methods, carefully prepared, and its products are as natural as nature. It has been praised by Qin Hanzhang, a national wine expert: "Beijing delicacies, unique delicacies, excellent wine outside the Great Wall, are popular." After drinking the old cellar of Ningcheng, foreign friends praised the "old cellar of Ningcheng" for its fragrance of Oriental culture.
