按照宝鸡市委市政府大企业大集团发展战略规划的要求,结合白酒行业和西凤酒企业良好的发展态势,企业制定了百亿西凤发展战略规划,其主要目标是通过内涵式发展和外延式扩张相结合的战略,把西凤酒企业建成市场竞争力强、经济效益好、年销售收入过百亿元的大型企业集团,从而挺进中国白酒行业前四强。
为了实现百亿西凤目标,解决制约企业发展的产能瓶颈问题,公司启动了西凤酒扩建技改工程建设,规划在凤翔县柳林镇征地约1000亩,进行西凤酒灌装中心和制曲、原酒生产基地工程建设,工程整体分两期实施。
一期项目在厂区南侧和东侧已征地524.46亩,实施西凤酒灌装中心扩建技改项目。主要建设:成品酒灌装车间、成品酒库房、勾兑中心、锅炉车间、机电车间、办公大楼、西凤酒历史博物馆,以及物流中心、储酒罐群、环保工程、绿化工程和总体配套工程等。一期项目总投资8亿元,建设期限从2010年至2012年。
二期项目规划在厂区东侧征地500亩,实施西凤酒制曲、原酒生产基地扩建技改项目,重点解决企业原酒生产能力不足的问题,二期项目开工时间视企业发展情况而定。
目前,一期项目中的主体工程成装A、B车间、材料库,勾兑中心等配套项目已接近完工,可望在2012年相继竣工并投入生产,制酒车间工程也于2011年12月26日动工开建,整体工程建成后,预计年增加成品酒产量9--10万吨。
