贵州茅台酒厂(集团)昌黎葡萄酒业有限公司于2002年7月组建成立。位于河北省昌黎县,是由贵州茅台酒厂(集团)公司控股60%的一家集生产、销售于一体的综合性企业。公司注册资本2.68亿元,员工300多人,以“贵州茅台酒厂(集团)昌黎葡萄酒业有限公司”为生产主体,拥有“昌黎茅台葡萄酒经贸有限公司”、“郑州茅台葡萄酒销售有限公司”为销售主体的两个全资子公司以及完善的郑州物流配送中心。生产公司占地面积36729.1㎡,拥有一个设备完整的独立发酵站,占地面积11700㎡,目前拥有5000亩的标准化葡萄种植基地。年原酒发酵生产能力1.2万吨,成品酒生产能力1万吨。公司产品采用昌黎地优质赤霞珠、品丽珠、霞多丽等酿酒葡萄为原料,目前共有茅台系列、国韵系列、国色天香系列、礼品系列等多个干红葡萄酒、干白葡萄酒产品。

公司“茅台葡萄酒庄园”投资近3亿元,占地93.6亩,建筑约3.2万㎡,经过两年多建设,生产厂房主体已建设完成,庄园酒生产前期工作已准备就绪,生产茅台庄园葡萄酒将带给广大消费者健康与成功的享受。
