北京二锅头酒业股份有限公司，成立于2002年8月，始建于1949年10月国营北京大兴酒厂的改制企业，据《北京通史》记载大兴酒厂距今已有800多年的悠久历史，可追溯到金大定三年（公元1163年）金世宗下诏，令大兴少尹招复酒户酿制美酒，当时烧酒作坊烧制的“金澜酒”，口味醇厚、清洌甘爽、十分香美，此酒专为金王朝上层所享用。
