北京王致和（桂林腐乳）食品有限公司前身为广西桂林腐乳厂，1958年公私合营改造为国有企业，2006年与北京王致和食品集团公司合作改制为国有控股企业，主要生产花桥牌腐乳、象山牌腐竹、桂嫂牌辣椒酱三大系列产品。公司位于桂林市西城经济开发区鲁山工业小区，交通便利，厂房整洁，环境清新，厂区占地面积60多亩，厂房2万平方米，拥有年产腐乳3.1亿块、腐竹500吨、辣椒酱200吨、料酒650吨的生产能力。

2006年1月8日，北京王致和食品集团公司与桂林腐乳厂联姻重组，开创了中华民族传统腐乳产业南北合作的先河。改制后，北京王致和（桂林腐乳）食品有限公司总资产4440万元。新公司在原桂林腐乳厂的基础上进行整合改造，生产设备更新，品质进一步提升。腐乳、腐竹、辣椒酱系列特色产品在完善提高的基础上成为新公司的一大亮点。

公司以“立足广西、面向全国”的营销方针，不断加大产品出口业务，力争把公司发展成为销售过亿的大型腐乳、腐竹生产企业，弘扬和光大历史悠久的民族品牌。公司将在秉承传统的基础上，不断发展创新，做强做大“桂林特产”，为广大消费者提供质优味美、卫生安全的放心食品。

It has an annual production capacity of 310 million pieces of fermented bean curd, 500 tons of dried bean curd, 200 tons of chili sauce and 650 tons of cooking wine. On January 8, 2006, Beijing Wangzhihe Food Group Co., Ltd. and Guilin fermented bean curd factory were married and reorganized, creating a precedent for the North-South cooperation of the traditional fermented bean curd industry of the Chinese nation. After restructuring, Beijing Wangzhihe (Guilin fermented bean curd) Food Co., Ltd. has a total assets of 44.4 million yuan. On the basis of the former Guilin Sufu factory, the new company carried out the integration and transformation, the production equipment was updated, and the quality was further improved. Bean curd, beancurd, chili sauce series of special products on the basis of improving the new company has become a major bright spot. With the marketing policy of "based in Guangxi and facing the whole country", the company has continuously increased its product export business, striving to develop the company into a large-scale bean curd and bean curd production enterprise with sales of over 100 million yuan, and to carry forward and develop a national brand with a long history.
