吉林省梅河酒业起源于公元1888年（清光绪十四年），在清朝盛京围场总管衙门治所海龙府（现梅河口市海龙镇）东街奶子山下，创始人玍财东在今厂址开办了酿酒作坊，商号“中和烧锅”；光绪二十四年，烧锅改为“宝盛长烧锅”，曾在东北享誉一时，也被海龙当地人称之“东烧锅”；1945年，东北解放，人民政府将烧锅收归国有，改字号“大众烧锅”；2004年12月，有着57年国有企业历史的“梅河口市酿酒厂”成功转制为民营吉林省梅河酒业有限公司。

公司占地面积26640平方米，建筑面积13000平方米，拥有评酒员及高级酿酒师多人，技术力量雄厚，工艺精湛，装备现代化自动流水线及传统酒窖设置，年生产白酒能力15000吨。其独特的酿造工艺，酿出了醉美关东大地的琼浆玉液。主导产品“梅河高粱酒”销售国内十几个省市，并出口韩国。

It is equipped with modern automatic assembly lines and traditional cellar settings, with an annual production capacity of 15000 tons of liquor. Its unique brewing technology, brewed out of the United States and the east land of the Qiong syrup. The leading product "Meihe sorghum wine" is sold to more than ten provinces and cities in China and exported to South Korea. In 2017, Changchun hengshuo group took a long-term view, reviewed the situation, merged and reorganized Meihe liquor industry, introduced cutting-edge business philosophy, re planned the layout of the enterprise, and transformed the software, hardware and human resources.
