Goyard因应客人需要设计出不同用途的旅行箱,像Diptyque蜡烛木箱、香槟箱,可谓创先河。1920年代设计首台容纳打字机、纸张和文档书籍的行李箱,获法国政府行李部门授予专利权。还有从未有过的单车箱、啤酒箱。

Goyard的旅行箧特别光洁亮丽。因为全都以防水帆布包制作,它们以麻、棉及大麻纤维混合织成后再涂上光面的树胶醛醣(Crystal Gum Arabic),令本来早已防水力佳、扎实的白杨木和山毛榉木旅行木箱,更结实耐用。加上金属硬件:护角、锁扣和手柄,每个部位,都是工人手工镶嵌,每粒钉、每条车线、每个皮革摺边,就如一件法国工艺品。

Goyard帆布上的Y字图案早在1892年首创,这种出现在旅行箱的装饰图案,比LV的Monogram图案更早出现。

帆布上的图案,也是由工人逐一点上,而不是模版压印。Y字上的每一点,灵感来自四种花卉,以四种颜色代表。法国传统上,Y字图案是树的象征,而树又象征男人,这个由三个V组成的Y形图案,引伸为Goyard家族的三代男士。
