青岛即墨九子巷黄酒有限公司，生产的九子巷黄酒：源自酿酒世家张记，酿造技术来源：据史料记载，张记祖上曾多年供奉于清王朝。辛亥革命后，张记酿造技术从帝王之家传入民间。早期是在家中酿造，沿街售卖，至1923年在即墨一老巷建立了店铺。因张记有九子同住一条巷，兄弟和睦孝敬，因此两位老人把张记老酒改名九子巷老酒。因酿造工艺独特，味道醇厚清香，九子巷酒极负盛名。抗日战争爆发，酒坊被炸，停业关门。传统张记酿造技术自2013年重新问世以来，因精细选料，秉承传统，工艺讲究，受到同仁和专家一致好评：九子巷老酒是涵盖黄酒系列酒味的独特酒品。
