自创建以来，集团始终坚持“科学发展，持续发展”的经营理念，逐步形成以海洋捕捞、水产品加工、旅游餐饮、建筑房地产、金融服务业、工业制造六大产业为主导的多元化发展格局。

海洋捕捞业是集团的支柱产业。所属的海宇公司是荣成市规模较大的海上作业船队，现有1000马力以上近海捕捞船只45艘，总吨位达到15875总吨，主机功率达到37420KW，另外还拥有国际鲜销船2艘和远洋运输货轮3艘，主要从事国际水产品捕捞、收购、销售及海运业务。

水产加工业是集团的传统产业。所属嘉美公司、金源公司、金泉公司、万祥公司、水产物流中心等冷藏企业，总库容量达20万吨，年加工总量达50万吨，是目前山东省较大的水产加工基地。产品包括以水产品为原料的9大类120多个品种，现已通过美国FDA验证并获得HACCP证书。产品销往欧盟、美国、日本、韩国等20多个国家和地区，年出口创汇达8000万美元。旅游餐饮业是集团的新兴产业。

目前该项目已完成凤凰湖A、B、C、D、E、F六区开发，总建筑面积达360万平米。金融服务业是集团近年来新涉足的发展领域。2011年6月，成立了荣成市赤山小额贷款有限公司，注册资金1.6亿元，主要为中小企业、三农经济、个体工商户、种养殖业户及个人的经营消费等提供小额贷款服务。另外公司还有机械制造、渔网绳、纸箱、鱼粉、建材等工业生产企业。

The products include more than 120 varieties of 9 categories with aquatic products as raw materials, which have passed the FDA verification and obtained the HACCP certificate. The products are sold to more than 20 countries and regions, such as the European Union, the United States, Japan and South Korea, with an annual export of 80 million US dollars. Tourism catering industry is a new industry of the group. At present, the project has completed the development of Fenghuang Lake Zone A, B, C, D, e and F, with a total construction area of 3.6 million square meters. In recent years, financial services industry is a new development field of the group. In June 2011, Rongcheng Chishan small loan Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 160 million yuan.
