花瑶地处偏远闭塞高寒山区,少与外界往来。他们刀耕火种、围山打猎、烧炭挖葛,顽强地繁衍生息,至今六千年,仍忠实地承袭着他们先祖最最古老、纯真、新奇、怪诞的民俗与民风。寨子里拥有疯狂圣洁的婚嫁习俗,繁缛热烈的诞生礼仪,神奇窥秘的原始宗教,多情撩人的山歌情歌,与生俱来对山石和古树的崇拜。花瑶赖以生存的自然环境,源于1883年立碑封山育林。这里有大气的山川、摩天的石瀑、奇异的巨石、成片的古树、浩瀚的竹海、神秘的峡谷、灿烂的溪河,一幕幕满溢野性的瀑布,一串串状若仙湖的水潭。这是一支特别爱美的民族。男人们着装潇洒随意,头缠黑白相间的方格头帕,倍显英俊;女人们则身穿黛蓝色对襟长衫,镶着的红布边和红布扣纯为装饰;下着素艳相融的花裹裙,腰缠五颜六色的腰带,头上再配一个后面吊有长长菜须、状似倒扣斗篷的火红头巾,把个茫茫绿野点缀得山花烂漫、如画如诗。随着他们娇美的身影闪动在那绿意葱茏的山野,远远望去,俨然束束耀眼的山花,不经意间描绘出了一个美丽的名字——花瑶花。

1883年光绪腊月二十八,立下“永远蓄禁”石碑,封山育林,开启了花瑶花无添加之源。
1970年民俗摄影艺术家误入这片久藏深山未知的土地,被花瑶独有的风景与民俗倾倒,留下大量珍贵的花瑶影像资料。
2001年花瑶被授予“中国金银花之乡”的美誉。
2008年花瑶花科研人员萃取来自富硒高山区的植物原液,发现里面含有更纯,更丰富的珍罕成分。
2010年花瑶花团队历时3年研发,取花瑶当地植物原材,经GMP车间标准生产出的无添加护肤配方成功问世。
