Yunnan Zui Mingyue Liquor Co., Ltd. is located in Shuifu County, Zhaotong City. Its predecessor is Zui Mingyue distillery of Yunnan state-owned Shuifu county. It was restructured into a limited company in 1998. In September 2012, it was renamed as Yunnan Zui Mingyue Liquor Co., Ltd. from the original "Yunnan Shuifu Sancheng Liquor Co., Ltd.". In 1985, the people's Government of Shuifu County signed a technology transfer agreement with the labor service company of Wuliangye distillery in Yibin, which introduced a complete set of brewing technology of Wuliangye Luzhou flavor liquor, purchased the core brewing elements of Wuliangye distillery, such as thousand year cellar mud and hundred year Mother's grains, and established the state-owned Shuifu County zuimingyuequ distillery. Under the careful guidance of Wuliangye experts, the factory was established in May 1985. In 1986, the production of raw materials and liquor were realized, and then put into the market. Drunken moon wine is popular among consumers with its unique style of multi grain and strong fragrance, such as soft, sweet, clean, comfortable and elegant.
