年产50万套纯电动汽车配套三大核心零部件及10万辆速达牌纯电动汽车项目总规划用地3500亩，拟投资总额为50亿元，分三期实施：一期占地705亩，完成纯电动汽车配套三大核心零部件及10万辆速达牌纯电动汽车生产基地建设，建设冲压、焊接、涂装、总装四大生产工艺及生产辅助设施，总建筑面积约22余万平方米；二期占地1500亩，建设纯电动轿车整车试验检测中心。三期占地1295亩，完成新能源汽车关键零部件及纯电动汽车全产业链及物流集散基地建设。本项目达产后可直接实现年产值356亿，利税70亿，还可以整合一批关联企业入驻，间接实现产值1000亿以上，吸纳产业工人2万人左右。
