知名碳酸饮料品牌,始于1936年,风靡八、九十年代的汽水品牌,北京市较早的人工制冰企业,专业从事饮料、罐头、冷食的生产。

北京市北冰洋食品公司的前身是1936年北平制冰厂,是北京市人工制冰企业。卢沟桥事变后,被充作日军专用仓库。后来制冰厂恢复运转,但是经营惨淡,1948年前后倒闭。1949年制冰厂收归国有,改叫北京新建制冰厂。1951年开始生产汽水,正式注册“北冰洋”商标,商标图案由雪山和白熊组成。1954年,“北冰洋”正式落户崇文区安乐林路。1956年与8家私营汽水厂、43家小食品厂合并,成立了有冷食、饮料的国有企业,更名为地方国营北京市食品厂。后来,在周恩来总理的亲自过问下,上海的屈臣氏迁入京城,同北京市食品厂合作经营。1958年开始生产罐头,更名为北京北冰洋食品厂。1969年改为北京市人民食品厂。 1985年北京市食品厂重新改制成立了北京市北冰洋食品公司。当时厂址占地面积近9万立方米,建筑面积8.3万平方米,下设4个合资企业,职工2200余人。

曾投资2800多万元投资引进汽水生产罐装线、利乐包生产线、冰淇凌生产线、蕃茄酱生产线等18条自动化生产线,设备总价值达7000多万元。1985至1988年是企业的历史辉煌期,北冰洋公司产值超过了1亿元,利润达到1300多万元,主要生产饮料、罐头、冷食。生产汽水达1000万打;罐头品种有肉、禽、水果、蔬菜等130个品种。其中,“长城”牌罐头分别销往香港、东南亚、中东、日本和东欧近30个国家和地区,年创汇达1000万美元。

1990年,伴随着改革开放的大潮,北京市北冰洋食品公司同外商合作分别成立了4家合资公司,即北京百事可乐饮料有限公司、百事——北冰洋饮料有限公司、北京达尔美——北冰洋食品有限公司、长行——北冰洋快餐食品有限公司。当时年产百事可乐5万吨、北冰洋牌系列饮料5万吨、冰淇凌1万吨。 1999年,北京市整体规划工程启动,要求北京市内扰民、污染的企业全部外迁,北冰洋食品公司也在其中。 2000年,北冰洋食品公司已经迁址到大兴工业开发区广阳大街2号。目前北冰洋食品公司正在筹建冷食生产基地,预计建成后,产能将达到年产冷食2万吨,同时,积极寻求新的生产项目。公司的产品继续是冷食,品牌也保留‘北冰洋’。 大家期盼,代表着“北冰洋”标志的那个憨态可掬的大白熊能再现市场。

More than 28 million yuan has been invested in the introduction of 18 automatic production lines, including soda production line, Tetra Pak production line, ice cream production line and tomato sauce production line, with a total equipment value of more than 70 million yuan. From 1985 to 1988, it was a glorious period in the history of the enterprise. The output value of the Arctic Ocean company exceeded 100 million yuan, with a profit of more than 13 million yuan. It mainly produces beverages, cans and cold food. The production of soda reaches 10 million dozen; there are 130 kinds of canned products, including meat, poultry, fruits, vegetables, etc. Among them, "Great Wall" brand cans are sold to nearly 30 countries and regions in Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Japan and Eastern Europe, with an annual exchange rate of 10 million US dollars. In 1990, with the tide of reform and opening up, Beijing Arctic food company established four joint ventures with foreign investors, namely Beijing Pepsi Cola Beverage Co., Ltd., Pepsi Arctic Beverage Co., Ltd., Beijing delta Arctic Food Co., Ltd., and Changxing Arctic Fast Food Co., Ltd. At that time, it produced 50000 tons of Pepsi Cola, 50000 tons of Arctic series drinks and 10000 tons of ice cream annually. In 1999, Beijing's overall planning project was launched, requiring all the enterprises in Beijing that disturb and pollute the residents to move out, among which the Arctic food company was also involved. 36氪获悉,湖南省医保局近日发布《关于进一步加强基本医疗保障定点零售药店管理的通知》。通知中提到,规范互联网医院处方行为。对互联网医院处方有如下几个措施:①压实实体医疗机构责任。依托实体医疗机构与市级医保部门签订补充协议,强化实体医疗机构的管理责任,因互联网医院违规被解除补充协议的原则上同步解除实体医疗机构医保定点协议,依托的实体医疗机构原则上应为二级及以上医疗机构。②纳入医保管理范畴。在本统筹区提供处方服务的由本市医保中心签协议后公布,跨市州提供处方服务的先征得药店所在地市级医保中心同意,再报省医保中心审定公布。③接入处方流转平台。互联网医院须按规定接入省医保电子处方中心并进行电子处方流转。④明确处方要求。处方行为必须符合行业主管部门管理办法,应与患者或患者家属进行有效、充分的沟通问诊,严禁使用人工智能等自动生成处方。
